Due to the custom nature of many of our products, delivery times will vary from item to item. The delivery time will be noted on each product page. Please allow the noted time in the product description along with 3-5 days for shipping. Many of our items are shipped directly from the artist. You will receive an email advising actual ship date along with a delivery confirmation number. All sales are final on custom orders. The product description will specify if the product is considered custom made. Anna Bella Kids cannot accept returns or exchanges of any item that is marked “custom made,” unless an error has been made on our part. If for some reason you need to cancel your custom order, you may do so within 1 business day of your order date. All forms of payment will be charged on the same day the custom order was placed. A few of our items are subject to re-stocking fees. Rugs, bedroom furniture and certain crib bedding are subject to 15% re-stocking fees. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Anna Bella Kids within 7 business days of receiving your order. Custom Made orders as specified above are not returnable. For all other items you will receive a return authorization number (RA) and further instructions for processing your return. Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Please note furniture, rugs and certain crib bedding are subject to a 15% re-stocking fees. If you decide to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs. If you return an item after the 7 business days window, without an RA and/or Anna Bella Kids suspects an item has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, Anna Bella Kids will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the form of payment used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. (Shipping costs cannot be refunded by Anna Bella Kids). All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Or call us at 516-456-4337 and place your order over the telephone. Presently, Anna Bella Kids accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and American Express, Discover and Paypal. Personal and cashier's checks are also accepted via telephone orders. Because Anna Bella Kids operates in New York, we are required to collect 8.625% sales tax on orders shipped to a New York address. Those who live outside New York will not be charged sales tax, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state. Many of our items can be gift wrapped with a personalized gift card for a small fee of $3.50 per order. Please read our descriptions carefully as some items cannot be gift wrapped and some items can only be sent with a gift card which is free of charge.
