PRICE IS PER LETTER. You must change the quantity box of shopping cart to reflect the number of letters in the name that you are purchasing. For example: if your name consists of 5 letters you must enter 5 in the quantity box.

LETTER SIZING INFORMATION: The letter height you order is based on the Capital letter of the font you specify. Certain lower case letters will be shorter or taller than the height you order so they will look proportionate to each other. For example, if you order the name Natalie in 8" height, the "N, t, l" will measure between 8"-10" while the "a, i, e" will measure between 6"-7".
